You can cancel through gloss genius 24+ hours before your scheduled appointment time with no penalty. If you need to cancel within 24 hours or your appointment, you must text me (2147088662) and will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. Within 1 hour or no call/no show, you will be charged 40% of the total service cost.
